Absolutely not! The Everyday Athlete Nutrition Method is for anyone who is looking to learn how to fuel their body, feel better, lose body fat and break free from the diet cycle.
As a Sports Dietitian, there will be elements of how to fuel before and after an exercise session, however, this doesn't meant that you need to be an 'elite' athlete.

You do not have to follow Macros.
Upon signing up for the program, you will be given a weekly meal plan full of tasty recipes.
If you prefer macros, we can discuss this on your initial onboarding information, and discuss if this approach will be the best for you to get towards your goals. -
This is a 12-week program. There will be a new lecture every 2 weeks, and you can watch this live or watch the recording at a time of your choosing.
