The Starter Plan is a one-off personalised nutrition plan for women and everyday athletes who want expert guidance, practical structure, and a clear way forward without committing to ongoing coaching.

This option is ideal if you are working toward a specific short-term goal, or if you want to experience dietitian support before stepping into a longer-term coaching program.

Instead of being left to figure it all out on your own, you’ll receive personalised guidance tailored to your body, your lifestyle, and your goals. I take the guesswork out of what to eat, how much to eat, and what approach is most likely to work for you.

✔ A 45-minute 1:1 Zoom consultation to understand your goals, lifestyle, training, preferences, and challenges
✔ A one-off personalised nutrition plan tailored to your specific needs and requirements
✔ Personalised nutrition guidance designed to suit your routine, goals, and food preferences
✔ Supplement recommendations where appropriate
✔ A clear roadmap to help you move toward your goals with confidence
✔ Discussion around next steps, including whether a review session would be beneficial

✔ DVA clients
✔ Private health clients

Eligible clients may be able to access a Medicare rebate through a GP Chronic Disease Management Plan.
Private health rebates may also be available, depending on your fund and level of cover.
