I'm Claudia - Registered Dietitian, Accredited Sports Dietitian, and Lecturer based in Brisbane.

I work with everyday athletes to elite performers across Australia: people who are training hard, eating well, and still not seeing the results they're working for.

My job is to close that gap - with a nutrition approach that's evidence-based, built around your life, and one you'll actually enjoy following.
