✔ Within a few days, you’ll receive your personalised meal plan and supplement recommendations, complete with delicious, easy recipes tailored to your unique needs.
✔ You’ll then get access to your private program hub, where you can watch weekly lectures and education modules - live or on-demand - that teach you how to fuel your body confidently and sustainably.
✔ Book review sessions as needed to check progress, adjust your plan, and celebrate wins along the way.
✔ Finish the program feeling clear, confident, and in control - with tools and strategies you can keep using long after it ends.

Starter Plan
Not ready for the full 12-week program? The Starter Plan gives you a one-off personalised plan and expert guidance to move forward with confidence.
Best for:
A specific short-term goal (event, race, weight loss or weight gain focus).
A taste of dietitian support before jumping into coaching.
People who want a plan, but not ongoing accountability.
What’s included and how does it work:

✔ Claudia will be notified and will send you an initial onboarding questionnaire (so she can get to know you a bit - this will take 10 minutes).
✔ You will meet Claudia in your Zoom consultation for around 45-minutes, to understand your goals and discuss an approach that will work for you
✔ A one-off personalised plan (with delicious recipes) customised to your specific nutritional requirements will be email to you a few days after your consultation
✔ A supplement plan will be included (if required)
✔ You and Claudia will discuss a road map to get to your goals (which may include a review session).
