For the people who want more than a plan. Knowing what to do and actually doing it are two different things. That's where ongoing coaching comes in. Over 12 weeks, we work together to dial in your nutrition — adjusting as your training changes, troubleshooting when life gets in the way, and making sure the plan fits your life, not the other way around.
Who this is for
You're training consistently, you've got goals, and you want someone in your corner making sure your nutrition is actually working for you. You want check-ins, accountability, and a plan that evolves as you do.
What's included
- Fortnightly check-ins - Zoom or email, your choice
- Macro monitoring and adjustments as you progress
- Updated meal plans and recipes when you need them
- Supplement review throughout the program
- Progress tracking with a clear 12-week endpoint
How it works
All coaching begins with an Initial Consultation ($280). After your session, we lock in a fortnightly schedule and begin from there. Coaching is $85/week, billed fortnightly. At the end of 12 weeks, you'll have the option to re-enrol for another round if you want to keep going.
Why 12 weeks? Real results take time. 12 weeks gives your body the chance to respond, gives us the data to make good decisions, and gives you the consistency that actually drives change.
