Over 12 weeks, we work together to dial in your nutrition, adjusting as your training changes, troubleshooting when life gets in the way, and making sure the plan fits your life, not the other way around.

- Day 1: initial consultation on Zoom, personalised plan delivered within 24 hours

Just evidence-based sports nutrition education for everyday to elite athletes who want to understand how to fuel their training, perform better, and actually enjoy their food.

- Module 2: Body Composition, the foundations of fat loss and muscle gain while you train
- Module 3: Fuelling for Training, what to eat before, during, and after your sessions
